The new SOCO ATM-19, 5 axis CNC Tube and Wire manufacturing line can combine different working processes for a complete Production Cell.
The processes include:
- Uncoiling
- Straightening
- End Forming
- Bending
- Cutting
This Production Cell can wortk with tubes up to O.D. 19mm in copper and O.D. 8mm in wire; Min. O.D. is 4mm both tube and wire.
Equipped with SOCO's unique DGT technology (direct Gear Transmission); the worldwide patented bending system that offers the highest accuracy and repeatability in bending.
